Quiz Results Disclaimer

Data Retention

Automatically collected technical data (server logs, analytics) is retained for a maximum of 26 months, after which it is permanently deleted or fully anonymized.

Preference data stored in your browser's local storage is not transmitted to our servers and may be cleared at any time through your browser settings.

Quiz interaction data is processed client-side only and is not stored on our servers in any personally identifiable form.

Warranty Disclaimer

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, GlobalMedia Holdings Ltd, its directors, officers, employees, agents, affiliates, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages;
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, business, or goodwill;

• Any outcome resulting from reliance on quiz results, product recommendations, or any other content;
• Any loss or damage arising from use of third-party websites linked from this Platform.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless GlobalMedia Holdings Ltd, its directors, officers, employees, agents, affiliates, licensors, and service providers from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of or access to the Platform;
• Your violation of any provision of this Policy or our Terms of Use;
• Your violation of any third-party right, including any intellectual property or privacy right;
• Any claim that your use of the Platform caused damage to a third party;
• Any content you submit, post, or transmit through the Platform.

This indemnification obligation will survive the termination of this Policy and your use of the Platform.

Governing Law

This Privacy Policy and all matters arising out of or relating to your use of this Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

For users located in the European Economic Area, applicable EU data protection law (including the GDPR) shall apply to the extent required by law. For users located in California, applicable California privacy law (CCPA/CPRA) shall apply to the extent required by law.

The application of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is expressly excluded.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to this Policy or your use of the Platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation by contacting legal@lyricsweb.com .

If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration administered in accordance with the rules of the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA), conducted in English, in London, England.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek emergency injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm pending arbitration.

Severability

If any provision of this Privacy Policy is found by a court or arbitrator of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable for any reason, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or if modification is not possible, it shall be severed from this Policy.

The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision, which shall remain in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

This Privacy Policy, together with our Terms of Use, constitutes the entire agreement between you and GlobalMedia Holdings Ltd with respect to your use of this Platform and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter hereof.

No waiver by the Company of any term or condition set out in this Policy shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition, and any failure by the Company to assert a right or provision under this Policy shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
